At Infinity Hoop, we want to ensure your fitness journey is seamless and successful. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your hoop within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Infinity Hoop and all additional links or accessories in the original packaging to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
